It was discovered that the company had unfortunately fallen a little behind with its books due to the sad & sudden loss of a member of staff. Thankfully, this was the perfect type of client for Pebbles and we set about the rescue mission of bringing them back up to date.
Steps to Bring Everything Around
As part of our drive to bring every customer the ultimate in service, Pebbles helped to train TecCre8 in fully utilizing Xero to its full potential and introduced them to Receipt Bank, providing training in keeping their invoices and receipts in a more clear and organized structure.
Despite the November lockdown causing a delay, the team at Pebbles worked through to bring everything up to date for TecCre8, providing fully finalised records ready for the financial year-end and on track to provide a clear view of company accounts heading into 2021.
